        Ride Cancellations & Refunds

        1. Ride Cancellations & Refunds

        Cancellation Time Refund Policy
        Before Driver is Assigned Full refund or no charge
        After Driver is Assigned but Before Arrival Partial refund (cancellation fee may apply)
        After Driver Arrives / Ride Starts No refund

        2. Service Issues & Refunds

        • Driver no-show: Full refund.
        • Vehicle provided is different from booking: Partial or full refund depending on the inconvenience.
        • Ride/service was not completed due to driver fault: Partial refund based on ride distance.

        3. Payment Disputes & Processing

        • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
        • Customers must report issues within 24 hours of ride/rental completion to be eligible for a refund.
