2. Service Issues & Refunds
- Driver no-show: Full refund.
- Vehicle provided is different from booking: Partial or full refund depending on the inconvenience.
- Ride/service was not completed due to driver fault: Partial refund based on ride distance.
3. Payment Disputes & Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- Customers must report issues within 24 hours of ride/rental completion to be eligible for a refund.
